PrepaCyte-WBC is a ready-to-use liquid reagent that efficiently separates white blood cells (WBC) – including stem cells – from peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood or bone marrow for research applications.

Negative Selection Process

PrepaCyte-WBC’s red cell depletion process leaves desired cells unmodified while depleting nearly 99 percent of red blood cells (RBC).

Applications

Ease Of Use

This non-density gradient separation medium is extremely easy to use. Simply mix PrepaCyte-WBC with an equal volume of sample and allow the mixture to sit undisturbed for 30 minutes, and then remove the plasma and centrifuge to concentrate the cells.
